Terms: Tests must be completed before the expiration date on the test kit box or within one year, whichever is sooner. Once your order for a functional health test has been processed there are no refunds given. If you choose not to complete the test, upon return of test, your payment can be applied as a company credit to any in-house Evenstar service or product including an alternate test.

Most Functional Health Test kits come with prepaid return postage and packaging for domestic USA clients.
International clients will need to provide for return shipping to the lab. Some tests require overnight shipping for accurate analysis. No refunds will be given for problems with tests that do not reach the lab within the time required for that test. In such a case, a replacement test may be provided at our descretion. Email if you have a question about shipping requirements for your test.
